Complaints
How to complain, and what happens next
If something has gone wrong, write to support@fundsure.co.uk or to the registered office, marked for the attention of the director. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like done about it.
We acknowledge a complaint within five business days, investigate it ourselves rather than passing it to the person complained about, and give a substantive written response within eight weeks. If the investigation will take longer than that, we write and say so before the eight weeks are up, with a date.
Where a complaint concerns our conduct as a trust or company service provider, you may also raise it with HM Revenue and Customs as our supervisory authority. Where it concerns our handling of personal data, you may raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office.
Complaint timescales to be confirmed
Complex structures are worth a conversation
Multiple share classes, corporate shareholders, a trust in the ownership chain or a group formed in stages are all things we would rather discuss than have you guess at in a form. Everything else you can complete online, at whatever hour suits the time zone you are in.
Steve Middleton, director. Calls to the number above reach him or the person handling your company, not a queue.
