Company formation
Company formation from a Mayfair address
We form your company, verify its officers under our own ACSP registration, and hold the registered office at the building we occupy. Then we keep it correct: the registers, the filings and the deadlines, every year.
Four ways in
Not everyone needs all of it
Some people arrive already verified. Some have an address and want the company formed properly. Some want the lot.
Where this starts
Start with the name
Before anything is decided or paid for, find out whether the name you want is actually available. We apply the registrar's same-as rules rather than a plain search, so a name that reduces to one already on the index is caught here instead of at filing.
The appropriate address test
A registered office that meets the statutory test, not one that merely receives post
Since ECCTA amended section 86 of the Companies Act 2006, a registered office must be somewhere a document delivered by hand or post would be expected to reach a person acting for the company, and where delivery can be acknowledged. Failing to maintain one is an offence by the company and by every officer in default, and the registrar can move the company to a default address and strike it off two months after a Gazette notice.
Entry-level addresses commonly forward only Companies House, HMRC and court mail and discard the rest, while the director carries the liability for what was thrown away. Mail here is scanned and emailed on the business day it arrives, wherever practicable, and not only statutory post. That reaches you in hours rather than weeks, leaves a searchable record, and works the same whether you are in London or Singapore.
Parcels and anything physical
A parcel cannot be scanned. We forward physical items at cost plus a stated handling charge, and we ask you before anything is sent. There is one address product, scanned and emailed, and there is nothing to choose between.
45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair
London W1S 4JL, between Green Park and Bond Street
Designed by Ernő Goldfinger and built in 1955–57, the building is Grade II listed, and its listing describes it as one of the most distinguished office buildings of the 1950s. Ian Fleming named a Bond villain after the architect.

The relationship
One annual relationship, with formation as the first act
We are not a formation agent that charges more. Every firm doing this work holds the same registrations we do, because the law requires them. What differs is volume, and whether anyone reads your file. Our other work is taking regulated firms through FCA authorisation and acting as their compliance officers, which is where the discipline behind this comes from, and we occupy the building your registered office is at. What follows is everything the annual fee covers.
Your company
- Incorporation at Companies House, including the Companies House fee(first year)
- Identity verification for one director or person with significant control, under our own ACSP registration. Each additional person is £49.(first year)
Your address and post
- Registered office at 45 Albemarle Street, Mayfair
- A director's service address for every officer, so home addresses stay off the public register
- Every item of mail scanned and emailed on the business day it arrives, not only statutory post
Your records and filings
- Statutory registers opened, branded and kept current
- Share certificates and the first board minutes(first year)
- Board minutes, resolutions and certificates as transactions occur
- Confirmation statement prepared and filed
- Annual accounts prepared and filed, if the company is dormant
- Filing deadlines monitored
Someone to call
- A named contact with a direct line
- Published exit terms, with stated periods

Two commitments
Leaving well, and still being here
A published exit
Nobody in this category competes on leaving, which is why leaving generates the angriest reviews in it. We commit in writing, with stated periods, to releasing your authentication code, de-enrolling the company from PROOF on request, filing the change of registered office, and confirming in writing that the service is cancelled.
You are entitled to those things whether you are leaving happy or not, so there is no sense in our making them difficult.
A provider that will still be here
Authorised Corporate Service Providers do lose their registration, and the 18 November 2026 deadline is bringing more scrutiny rather than less. If your provider loses its authorisation, your verifications and your filings go with it.
We are supervised by HMRC as a trust or company service provider, we are a member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants, and we have verified over 750 directors and persons with significant control under ACSP registration AP003554.
Complex structures are worth a conversation
Multiple share classes, corporate shareholders, a trust in the ownership chain or a group formed in stages are all things we would rather discuss than have you guess at in a form. Everything else you can complete online, at whatever hour suits the time zone you are in.
