Is anything added at checkout?

No. The figure shown is the figure you pay, with the Companies House fee and any tax inside it. Two things sit outside it. Forwarding something physical that cannot be scanned, which is at cost plus a stated handling charge and is never sent without asking you first. And annual accounts, which are not included unless the company is dormant.

Can I buy part of this rather than all of it?

Yes. Identity verification, a company formation and a registered office are each sold on their own page at their own price. Within the annual service, the one part you can leave out is our registered office, if you already have an address that meets the statutory test: tick the box at the payment step and the price falls accordingly, each year. The registers, the filings, the deadlines and the named contact are not sold in pieces, because keeping the record right is the service.

Is this a premium tier of the other services?

No. There is one address product, scanned and emailed, whether you buy it alone or as part of this. Nothing is held back from the cheaper thing to make the dearer thing look generous, which is what a tier is for. The difference in price is a difference in how much work is being done, not in how good a version of it you are getting.

What does the second year include?

Everything the first year includes except the incorporation, which has already happened, and it covers the confirmation statement and its Companies House fee. It is the same relationship continuing rather than a maintenance plan you are moved onto.

What if I want to leave?

We release your authentication code, de-enrol the company from PROOF on request, file the change of registered office, and confirm the cancellation in writing, each within a stated period published in our terms. You are entitled to all of it whether you are leaving happy or not.

Directors and people with significant control

Counting anyone who is both once. The first person's identity check is included; each one after that is £49, VAT included.

We already have a registered office and do not need yours

Our address keeps your home address off the public register, and covers the directors' service addresses too.

Start straight away. If I am buying as a consumer and cancel within 14 days, I pay for work already done, and once the company is filed that part cannot be cancelled.

£595 includes £82.50 VAT and the £100 Companies House fee, which carries no VAT.

Your card is authorised, not charged. We take the money once the company has passed our checks and is ready to register. If it does not, the hold is released and you are never charged.
