Your company

Tell us what we are forming

Six things, and we can open the file. Nothing here needs a call, and nothing here needs UK office hours.

What happens next

We read it, then we write back

A person reads this, not a queue. If anything about the structure needs a conversation, we will say which part and why, rather than routing you to a calendar by default.

Yours, not the company's. It decides which verification route applies to you.

Counting anyone who is both once. An estimate is fine.

This decides which checks apply and, if you want one, whether a bank will consider you at all.

A SIC code if you know it, or a sentence if you do not. Every company has to give Companies House at least one.

We will pass your name, the company and your contact details to a provider once the company exists. An introduction is not an account and is never guaranteed. Where we can see that a provider will not take a company like yours, we will tell you instead of introducing you.

Share classes, a corporate shareholder, a trust in the ownership chain, a date you are working to. Optional.

Nothing is charged from this form. A person reads it and replies the same working day, and we take payment only once we have agreed what you need.

Complex structures are worth a conversation

Multiple share classes, corporate shareholders, a trust in the ownership chain or a group formed in stages are all things we would rather discuss than have you guess at in a form. Everything else you can complete online, at whatever hour suits the time zone you are in.

Steve Middleton, director. Calls to the number above reach him or the person handling your company, not a queue.
