Lender introductions for corporate property borrowers | Fundsure

How this works

1. You tell us the deal and the borrowing entity.
2. We test it against our panel's published criteria - ICR, stress basis, LTV, EPC and loan size - and tell you which lenders fit.
3. We introduce you to the right contact at those lenders. You deal with them directly.

There is no charge to you. Where a loan completes, the lender may pay Fundsure an introduction fee.

What this is not

Fundsure is a compliance consultancy, not a mortgage broker or lender. We make introductions to lenders for corporate borrowers taking finance for business purposes, which is not a regulated activity. We do not give advice or make recommendations on any loan, we do not arrange regulated mortgage contracts, and we do not lend.
